Azure apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor apartment with wonderful panoramic views across Kalamar Bay. The open plan living area has a fully equipped modern kitchen and lounge with a sofa-bed. All rooms in the apartment have air conditioning.
Azure apartment is one of our luxury, privately owned apartments with wonderful views across Kalamar Bay. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard with travertine flooring throughout and is a fusion of Mediterranean and modern design, providing all the comforts of home.
The apartment consists of an en-suite master bedroom with a double bed with sliding doors opening on to a large balcony with sea-views. The twin bedroom has garden views and there is a separate family bathroom with shower and toilet.
Our fully equipped open plan modern kitchen includes dishwasher, hob, oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board.
The open plan lounge has French windows opening onto large balcony with fantastic views of Kalamar Bay and the islands. There is also a double sofa bed plus two armchairs. A/C unit and TV
The balcony has a large table ideal for al-fresco dining, and chairs for sunbathing or soaking in the fantastic views

Rates
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of your payment, together with the refundable damage deposit is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. The damage deposit will be will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure, providing there has been no damages or breakages., Full payment, plus the refundable damage deposit, will be required, if booking date is less than 10 weeks before your arrival date. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card through Paypal. Payments need to be made to kalamar.meltem@gmail.com If you do not have a PayPal account, please let us know and we will send a payment request from PayPal to your email address.
There is an additional cost if you wish for a late check-out and we have the availability. Please enquire at time of booking.
There is a cleaning charge of £50 per stay.
There is an additional nightly charge for groups exceeding 4 guests of £8pppn.
Additional Maid Service can be arranged for a fee, please enquire at time of booking.

Availability
The change over day is flexible depending on availability.
Check-in is after 4pm and check- out by 10 am. Depending on arrival/departure times of other guests to/from the apartment we may be able to be flexible with check in/out time.
