Apartment Annex:
The Villa consists of a one bedroom lower garden annexe apartment, fully self contained with its own separate entrance. The bedroom has two single beds which can be joined to a double, with access to terrace area with sea views, outside seating area, a large lounge with two double sofa bed and fully equipped, open plan kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower and wc, terrace/garden area with sea views. This would be ideal for a family of 3/5.
Outdoor Areas:
The large salt water pool and terrace areas with their travertine flooring and walls covered with local stone have a rustic charm all of their own. (Please note that the pool is not operational between the 1st November and 1 May unless agreed by agreed prior arrangement). The pool can also be heated during the early and late season for an additional charge. Please apply to owner.
The ample communal areas, afford one plenty of space for relaxation and privacy as well as opportunities for socializing and entertaining if you so wish.
There is also a large roof terrace with a kitchenette, bar & seating area and Ottoman Room all with spectacular sea views. Ideal for sun downers or just chilling.
There is an outside garden kitchenette with a BBQ, a pizza wood burning oven, plus an additional outdoor Paella making kit for you to enjoy the regions fresh produce.

Please note that the elderly or infirm may find the terrain in Kalkan/Kalamar difficult for walking.
