Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Payments are all made through PayPal.
Discounts for groups of less than 3 in the apartments or less than 8 in the Villa. (Please note; this does not include the annex). Discounts given if more than one apartment rented, or if villa and apartments rented together.

Special discounts for stays of two weeks or more, exclusive of any other offer.
Additional Maid Service is available for £35-£50 per session, paid prior to arrival. This will include change of towels & linen. End of stay or one weekly clean included, if renting for more than one week. Stays of 5 nights or less may incur a cleaning charge.
Villa Kismet has pool heating. If you wish to make use of this facility please be aware that this will incur an additional charge. Please contact us for rates.
A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. The remainder of your balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment can be made through PayPal using a credit/debit card. A refundable damage deposit fee of £150 for breakages/damages or other breaking of our conditions, other than normal wear and tear must be paid prior to arrival with your final payment. This will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure, providing there has been no breakages/damages.
