Papatya is one of our large garden apartments with great views across Kalamar Bay.

The apartment has 2 ensuite bedrooms, a separate WC, a utility room with washing machine, and a well specified open-plan kitchen with dining area and spacious lounge. In addition, there is a large, private garden terrace with seating area, plus a large outside dining table able to seat up to six people.

The patio and gardens are full of plants and fruit trees- grape vines, ornage, tangerine, lemon, bouganville, oleander and a number of other plants and herbs.

The master bedroom consists of a en-suite bathroom with a shower, handbasin and w.c, a double bed, spacious wardrobes with doors opening on to the patio with sea-views. The twin en-suite bedroom has two single beds which can be joined to make a large double, spacious wardrobes and doors to the patio.

The fully equipped open plan modern kitchen includes dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, granite worktops, iron and ironing board.

There is also a utility room plus an additional w.c.

The open plan lounge has a large sofa, satellite TV, some sea views and doors opening onto the patio.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 people due to the large sofabed. The apartment can accommodate 6 if there is a small child.

Rates

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of your payment, together with the refundable damage deposit is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. The damage deposit will be will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure, providing there has been no damages or breakages., Full payment, plus the refundable damage deposit, will be required, if booking date is less than 10 weeks before your arrival date.
Payment is accepted  by credit/debit card through Paypal. Payments need to be made to kalamar.meltem@gmail.com If you do not have a PayPal account, please let us know and we will send a payment request from PayPal to your email address. There is an additional 4% charge for the use of PayPal.

Additional maid service can be arranged for an additional cost. Please enquire at the time of booking.

If we have availability you can request a late check-out at he time of booking. There will be an additional charge for this depending on the requested check-out time.

There is an additional £50 cleaning charge. This includes a mid stay clean for stays of 9 nights or more.

For bookings with  more than 4 guests there is an additional nightly charge for the each additional guest.

We had a great holiday in Feray’s lovely home .She was very helpful from start to finish .She organised our transfer .When we arrived very late there was some fresh fruit and some essentials for us which was
very thoughtful .Our
return flights was really late too and she let us to check out late .The house is so much spacious than the pictures .Locations is really good .There are two walk distance beaches .The shops are not far .Kalkan town centre is five minutes in the car .If you prefer to walk it is only 20 -25 minutes .Thank you so much again Feray !Its been a great holiday we will
come and stay here again .

We had a wonderful holiday in Kalkan and we found the garden apartment ideal for us being very spacious and comfortable. It was marvellous sitting every morning on the patio having breakfast and gazing out to sea at Kalamar Bay with two islands not far off. The apartment itself is well-furnished and has the added quality of being very quiet. It was so relaxing.
Literally only a few steps away within the Kalamar Meltem residence, there are two lovely pools with ample space to relax with umbrellas providing shade when required. We availed of the barbeque facility by the upper pool on several occasions.
We also made use of the rooftop area above the apartment and spent many an evening watching glorious sunsets and enjoying uninterrupted views of Butterfly Bay and beyond.
Kalkan is such a friendly place with a great variety of restaurants serving mouth-watering food at reasonable prices. Doy Doy became a great favourite of ours with its delicious menu and with a great view of Kalkan harbour.
We explored outside Kalkan visiting Patara with its beautiful white sandy beach and its incredible ruins of an ancient civilisation.
We were so happy with our holiday that we shall be returning and have recommended the garden apartment in Kalamar Meltem to our friends and family.
