Papatya is one of our large garden apartments with great views across Kalamar Bay.
The apartment has 2 ensuite bedrooms, a separate WC, a utility room with washing machine, and a well specified open-plan kitchen with dining area and spacious lounge. In addition, there is a large, private garden terrace with deck chairs plus a large outside dining table able to seat up to six people.
The patio and gardens are full of plants and fruit trees- grape vines, ornage, tangerine, lemon, bouganville, oleander and a number of other plants and herbs.
The master bedroom consists of a en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower, handbasin and w.c, a double bed, spacious wardrobes with doors opening on to the patio with sea-views. The twin en-suite bedroom has two single beds which can be joined to make a large double, spacious wardrobes and doors to the patio.
The fully equipped open plan modern kitchen includes dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, granite worktops, iron and ironing board.
The open plan lounge has a large sofa, satellite TV, iPod speakers, DVD player, reat views and doors opening onto the patio.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 people due to the large sofabed and if required, an additional fold away bed can be provided

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of your payment, together with the refundable damage deposit is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. The damage deposit will be will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure, providing there has been no damages or breakages., Full payment, plus the refundable damage deposit, will be required, if booking date is less than 10 weeks before your arrival date. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card through Paypal. Payments need to be made to firstname.lastname@example.org If you do not have a PayPal account, please let us know and we will send a payment request from PayPal to your email address.
There is an additional £45 cleaning charge per booking
For bookings with 5 guests or more there is an additional nightly charge
Additional Maid Service can be arranged for a fee, please enquire at time of booking.
The change over day is flexible depending on availability.
Check-in is after 4pm and check- out by 10 am. Depending on arrival/departure times of other guests to/from the apartment we may be able to be flexible with check in/out time
